Sondra Pariser grew up in Southern California. She started working at the age of 15, attended college part time and decided to explore a career in the hospitality industry. Due to her entrepreneurial spirit, she started her first business at the age of 28 years old. Over the next 17 years, Sondra faced the struggles of business ownership and has lived the ups and downs of many economic cycles in our country. Ultimately, she has amassed incredible success as a top performer and leader in her industry.
